Cement modifier and keying agent

• A synthetic latex admixture for cement compositions which greatly improves adhesion to substrates, improves resistance to water and water vapour as well as dramatically increases strength.
• Hypercrete has two main areas of application. When used as a primer, it is mixed with cement into a slurry which dramatically improves adhesion of acrylics onto various substrates in ponding applications. This Hypercrete slurry also acts as a waterproofer in under-tile applications such as shower cubicles. As an admixture it strengthens screeds as well as improves flexibility and resistance tochemicals.
• Hypercrete primer can be used in conjunction with polypropolene membrane (not polyester) in areas where slight movement may occur.
• Hypercrete/cement slurry has a pot life (depending on water content) of approx. five hours.
• Not recommended for swimming pool or fibre glass applications.
• Dark grey in colour (once mixed with cement).
